The Engineering team is equal parts maintenance and development. We keep the BIN HAR & ENTERPRISE wheels moving while also coming up with innovative ways to improve the platform. We look after everything from service speed to hosting costs as well as rethinking old systems and building for scale. Our work connects BIN HAR & ENTERPRISE’s millions of users and sellers, and is key to the overall platform experience. We prioritise having the right tools, the right engineers and investing in our cloud technology stack in order to achieve excellence. We recognise that great engineering talent is no longer tied to a single location - most of us work fully remote from home.

Hiring Manager Interview
The first chance you get to meet your potential new Line Manager, where they will dig a bit deeper into your past experience and you can ask any role specific questions too.
Task Stage Interview
This is where we will assess your practical skillset for the role by doing a task related to the role.
Values Stage Interview
In this stage we will be asking questions which relate to our values which are Find a Way, Take it on Together, Think Bold and Elevate with Excellence.
